Reviews require a verified school-district email address; reviewers may hide their name publicly. One review per person; vendor employees may not review.
Vendors may reply to reviews but cannot edit or remove them. Negative reviews are not suppressed.
Vendors can submit corrections with evidence; accepted corrections are logged publicly.
Conflict of interest: the founder works as a school facilities manager; any vendor his own district uses is disclosed.
